Opening of Threadworks 2013
Judy e Martin spoke at the opening of Threadworks 2013 on April 28. The exhibition continues until June 9 at the Wellington County Museum and Archives.

Judy Martin is one of the jurors for this national show of needlework created by members of guilds associated with the Ontario Network of Needleworkers (ONN) and/or any Canadian residents. All entries will be juried on site at the museum and need to arrive there before April 8 with a completed entry form. There are 7awards. The other jurors are William Hodge and Sylvia Naylor

Continuum in Germany
The exhibition that began at Middlesex University in June 2012, then travelled to Oakville in Canada for the World of Threads Festival in November 2012, now opens in Herxheim bei Landau, Germany on Sunday February 17, 2013 at 11 am..
Ten artists are included. Monika Brueckner from Germany, Denise Jones, Val Cross, Caroline Hibbs, Jean Kirk, Victoria Jenkins all from England, and Ingrid Lincoln, Lesley Turner and Judy e Martin from Canada.
Monumental Simplicity, a pieced wool and silk cloth coloured with plants from Manitoulin Island Canada and hand stitched with silk yarn is Judy Martin's exhibition piece. The gallery is the Villa Wieser.
